– Prawn Takoyaki

Two off the menu

The taiyaki was nice and light, not overly sweet; the strawberries were really cooked into it. (What I didn’t like about it was how it was packaged for takeaway; in my personal opinion the paper bag was too tiny hence showed a lack of generosity). Takoyaki was soft and gooey in the centre with an assorted combination of flavour and strong mayo.

The service from the store was good but the dining environment can be improved; as a store located right next to a university, the current seats and tables are very small which gave us very little options for where to place our notebooks or bags while dining in (apart from placing them on the floor?). Hence why we felt that the shop needed to work on its comfort for customer who dines in; we also felt that the shop was isolated and not homely enough.

Banatella (Banana & Nutella) Toasties by Nurikko

Homemade Banatella (Banana & Nutella) Toasties

I always come up with sugary randoms that packs on extra calories… This time doubling the fun by adding now-slightly-cheaper bananas and all-time-favourite Nutella together >> squeezed in between two piece of country grain.
