Inspired by Ramona Champion and her veggie craze (see youtube video below) I thought that Kale and Banana smoothie would be pretty good for breakky.I don’t have fresh kale but I have Aojiru (Green Juice Powder)! It is a drinkable vegetable supplement and it contains kale and other green stuff. I once used Aojiru for Swiss roll cake baking, there are more details about Aojiru in that post. I will put the link to it at the bottom of this post!
So then I added a banana that’s got black spots on it (not necessary of course)
With a bit of help from a cup of milk (portion judged by how much I can drink in the morning) – blend away!
