West Javanese version of ‘Gado-Gado’ with Egg, Tofu, Bean Sprout and Rice Vermicelli in Peanut Sauce
Was worried that it may be too sweet because of the peanut sauce (I’ve had some bad experience with Gado Gado in the past); but this dish was just fine! I was impressed.
