The sweet corn humita was beautiful!!! Great texture and flavouring. Squid ink was interesting too.
Hand made ricotta gnocchi, fricassee of Moreton Bay bugs, preserved lemon
The hand made ricotta gnocchi were very creamy in flavour, can become sickening though. Good thing that we've shared between the three of us, else it would have been a ricotta overload.
Crystal Bay prawns and Hervey Bay scallop linguini with chili and champagne sauce
In simplified terms: Seafood Pasta, can't go wrong
Unique and fruity, the honey comb chunks were the best!
Caramelized apple tart (to share) – flamed at the table, calvados liqueur ice cream
Sorbet accompanied with the Apple Tart

This dish was on FIRE! Literally! Except... I found it too alcoholic, the after-taste wasn't very impressive. Ignoring the alcohol (very hard to but), it was a nice and light dessert.
We’ve used “Split the Bill” tokens collected from the Herald Sun to get 50% off our main meals; the condition was that we needed to present 1 token per person and must order a minimum of Main and Dessert. There were exclusions on particular main dishes, but there were plenty of order dishes to select from. Also, instead of ordering 3 individual desserts we were allowed to order: the firey/alcoholic apple tart for two and fruity meringue.
